Pathways Tae Kwon-Do is part of the Universal Tae-Kwon Do Federation ( UTF). The UTF was originally founded by Grandmaster Han Cha Kyo and currently has member organizations throughout the world. Currently, the UTF is led by Master James Langlas and Master Paul Irvin. |
