Our purpose is to put students in touch with their potential by guiding their physical and mental growth. A class typically flows from warm ups –to prepare the mind and body for training, to Dyna-strike drills and patterns —to develop focused power and concentration. Non-contact sparring promotes grace and adaptability. |

Color belt promotion tests are held quarterly. The exact date and time of the test is announced a month in advance. Promotion test applications are available in the office as well as online. |
